Return or Exchange
Each Piece of Silver-Gems is unique and made by order, therefore we cannot offer a Refund / Exchange on a Piece unless it is found to be faulty.
Damage due to deliberate or careless mishandling, damage due to accidents, and case of fair wear and tear (such as tarnishing) are not welcomed. Photographic evidence and description of the defect must be emailed to support@silver-gems.com. Submissions will be carefully reviewed on case-by-case basis.
The shopper will bear the cost of return shipping.
In certain circumstances we maybe able to offer a Repair or Exchange for another piece (of same Item) upon receipt of items, Order Slip No, Credit/ debit card details ( used for the purchase ).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
Silver-Gems uses a range of delivery methods, and the costs are as follows:-
- Inside the UAE – Free Courier delivery on all orders.
- Outside the UAE – Delivery by FedEx, DHL, UPS or others, to be calculated depending on destination. Given the valuable nature of our product, both as jewellery and product, we reserve the right to not ship to certain destinations, and in such cases a full refund will be processed. Our International delivery carrier depends on the insurance value and order destination. If you are receiving your order outside the UAE, then you will be responsible for all Taxes/Duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping. It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
Payment
By purchasing in this site you confirm that the Credit/Debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Credit/Debit card to use it.
All Credit/Debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorizations by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any Delay or Non-Delivery.
Payment can made via your Credit/Debit card. Also by any other methods that may be advertised on our website site.
Delivery charges will be clearly displayed (if any) when selecting, and will be included in the total cost amount
Site Access and Changes
Our website changes regularly and access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis. We aim to update oursite regularly, and may change the content at any time, including the product details and pricing without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on oursite maybe out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. You are also responsible for ensuring that all person who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
Contract
No contract will exist between you and Silver-Gems for the sale of any product unless and until Silver-Gems has accepted your order with a confirmation email, & a full payment is taken from your Credit/Debit card. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Only adults ( person aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts. Silver-Gems reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.
